What’s the difference between single, dual and 4-motor?
A single motor raises the back and footrest together. A dual motor moves them separately, so you can sit up with your feet raised. A 4-motor chair also adjusts the headrest and lumbar support.
Are refurbished chairs cleaned?
Yes. Every chair is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, including the seams and hard-to-reach areas, and the upholstery is checked before it’s graded and listed.
What does “refurbished” mean at mobigo?
Every item has up to 100 checks, worn parts are replaced, then it is cleaned and graded. You see photos of the actual item you will receive, not a stock image.
How do your grades work?
Premium is like new, Excellent has very light wear, Good shows noticeable wear but works perfectly, and Fair has clear signs of use while staying safe and reliable. Every grade gets the same checks and warranty.
Do I qualify for VAT relief?
If you have a long-term illness or disability you may not have to pay VAT. You simply self-declare at checkout. No medical evidence is needed.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. You can spread the cost with Snap or Klarna, subject to status. You will see the monthly price on each listing.
What if it isn’t right for me?
You have 14 days to return it, and every item is covered by a 6-month warranty.
