Excellent, very impressed

Scooter arrived in two days and in pristine condition. Website was easy to navigate and plenty of honest information on scooter best suited to our needs. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing a mobility scooter. We were a little worried about them being a fairly new company but it’s obvious from the goods and service received that they are doing everything right to succeed.

Excellent service

My wife now needs a transit wheelchair and we'd decided on the Ergo Pro. Mike at Mobigo was brilliant in liaising with her about how the service works, what the options were and how we could view and collect it.

He went above and beyond on the day walking through everything with her and also with me as the person responsible for the mobility part :).

We cannot recommend them highly enough, as you won't get better service and clearer guidance. We'd also note that the wheelchair was rated 'excellent' but the minor issues with it could easily have given it a 'like new' rating if they had one, as you'd have been hard pressed to spot them if Mike hadn't done so.

Brilliant from start to delivery

Brilliant from start to delivery. Mike gave great advice over 4 days, I was a little reluctant to place a order due to if it needed any repairs faults in the future. But Mike talked me through the repairs process if it's needed. The pictures online are correct. Showing any blemishes. Thanks

We’ve had an absolutely excellent experience with Mobigo from start to finish and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for the whole process to go more smoothly.

We bought a CareCo Infiniti Transit Wheelchair for my mum and she absolutely loves it. When it arrived, I was really impressed with the condition — it looks completely brand new and was packaged exceptionally well. I’ve also found it lovely and easy to push and manoeuvre. I still need to test how easily I can lift it into the car and how well it fits, but everything we’ve experienced with it so far has been excellent.

The Mobigo website deserves a mention too. It’s very easy to navigate, everything is clearly explained and it made choosing the wheelchair and placing the order really straightforward.

A special thank you to Mike, who really went above and beyond. I messaged Mobigo on a Sunday evening before placing my order and received a helpful reply almost immediately. The wheelchair was originally due to arrive on Wednesday, but Mike said he would make sure it was inspected first thing and dispatched ASAP so that we should receive it on Tuesday. He absolutely kept his word — it arrived on Tuesday before lunchtime.

That level of personal service, communication and care really stood out to me. From browsing the website and placing the order, through to speaking with Mike, the packaging, delivery and condition of the wheelchair when it arrived, the whole experience has been seamless.

Most importantly, Mum is delighted with her wheelchair and I’m delighted with the service we received. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mobigo to anyone looking for mobility equipment. Five-star service all round.

I was nervous about buying a refurbished scooter for my mum, but Mike talked me through the options and was honest about which model would be best for her. It arrived as promised fully charged and spotless. Mum’s been out on it every day since, would recommend Mobigo!

The couriers had to be 'persuaded' to take scooter off the pallet (against their company policy) and remove pallet (against their company policy). The couriers: two super young men whose work-load ought to be against the law!

Scooter was a great price and in as new condition, after checking it over the batterys were 100% healthy and 70 % charged, so charged and took 7 hours for the green light on charger to illuminate, front tyres were at 10 psi, rears at 14 psi, so needed inflating, did them to 40 psi all tyres. scooter drives lovely and im very happy with the price i paid and knowing Mobigo do up to 100 checks befere listing gives peace of mind.
