What’s the difference between transit and self-propelled?
A transit wheelchair has small rear wheels and is pushed by a companion. A self-propelled wheelchair has large rear wheels with push rims, so you can move yourself, and it still has handles for a companion.
What does crash tested mean?
Crash-tested wheelchairs have been tested to ISO 7176-19 for use as a seat in a suitable vehicle. Look for the Crash tested badge on the listing.
What does “refurbished” mean at mobigo?
Every item has up to 100 checks, worn parts are replaced, then it is cleaned and graded. You see photos of the actual item you will receive, not a stock image.
How do your grades work?
Premium is like new, Excellent has very light wear, Good shows noticeable wear but works perfectly, and Fair has clear signs of use while staying safe and reliable. Every grade gets the same checks and warranty.
Do I qualify for VAT relief?

Can I spread the cost?
Yes. You can spread the cost with Snap or Klarna, subject to status. You will see the monthly price on each listing.
What if it isn’t right for me?
You have 14 days to return it, and every item is covered by a 6-month warranty.
