I had bought a brand new mobility scooter. Regrettably, it was far too heavy for me to handle in and out of my property. Mike, who appears to be the sole employee, understood the problem, and suggested an alternative machine. I bought it - Li-Tech Air Plus Lithium - and it is just right. Many thanks to the omnipresent, omniscient Mike.
PS: I do not appreciate this modern rudeness of using Christian names upon acquaintance. Mike immediately reverted to using my title, but he was so nice and helpful, I asked him to call me David.
