Yes. Every listing is a single item, photographed on its own, so the photos show the one you'll receive.
What do the condition grades mean?
Every item is inspected and graded Premium, Excellent, Good or Fair, so you know exactly what you're getting. See how grading works.
What warranty do I get?
Everything comes with a 6-month warranty as standard. You can extend it to 12 months in your basket.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind, free of charge. Read our returns policy.
Can I buy it without VAT?
If you have a long-term illness or disability, you may not have to pay VAT on qualifying products. Choose "I'm eligible" in your basket and add your details before checkout. Check if you're eligible.
